October 24th with 350.org

350.org is hosting and promoting a worldwide series of events educating people on lowering their carbon footprint.  Phil Wyman from CeltiConnect will be involved hosting and promoting the event in downtown Salem, MA.  From 2pm to 3pm on that day the Fountain Stage on Essex Street sponsored by The Gathering, and organized by Phil will become the host site for the Salem 350.org event.  If you are interested in being a part of this event contact Phil Wyman at phil.wyman@celticonnect.com

Event Report by Phil Wyman:

The Vault in downtown Salem Massachusetts was the location for this 350.org event.  It was originally planned to be on an outdoor stage, but the rain was heavy in the morning, and drove us indoor.  About 60 people attended including the Kim Driscoll the Mayor of Salem, and various people from the mayor committee on sustainable energy and professionals in the sustainable energy industry.  We took a picture of those attending at the Bewitched statue, whcih is only a half a block away from The Vault.
